Paper Slitter Rewinders
A slitter rewinders, are used in the converting industry to cut large rolls of material into narrower rolls of material. There are three main components to a slitting machine: the unwind, the rewind and the slitter itself.
Once you feed a large roll of material into the unwind, the machine unwinds the material and slits it into the desired widths. The machine then rewinds this material around cores of various diameters. In Particularly, Paper slitters convert paper materials into thermal receipt rolls, point of sale (POS) rolls, cash register rolls, and other rolled paper products.
