Air Bubble Wrap Film Lines
The air bubble wrap film extrusion lines are used to produce air bubble film formed by joining two layers of polyethylene (LDPE): one smooth, used as a base, and one shaped with bubbles filled with air. The bubbles can have different diameters, to provide added levels of shock absorption during transit, and the airball can be also coupled with other materials, such as HDPE, paper, cartene, FOAM (expanded polyethylene), fabric or aluminum, so as to better adapt to the user's needs.
Air bubble film is typically used in the packaging sector (shrink and barrier packaging, wrapping film, packaging with high barrier film) and in the building industry as an effective and economical insulating material compared to others.
If you use large quantities of air bubble film in your company, evaluate the possibility of producing it directly, avoiding the important transport costs due to very bulky rolls.
