Stack Flexo Printers
Stack Flexographic Presses are those where the printing units are stacked on top of each other. The individual impression cylinders located in each station are called the platen rollers.
The main print frame consists of several individual color stations. These stations are driven by gears supported by the press frame or by servo motors. The most common configuration for stacked presses is a six-color press; however, stacked presses can have one to eight color stations.
You can print on both sides of a substrate using a stacked press. Small runs can also be printed on the stacked press.
