Bag Making Lines
The bag making machine produces a bag by unwinding a roll of plastic film through a series of operations like (heat) sealing, cutting, slitting, and stacking. Typical products include garbage bags, T-shirt bags, shopping bags, and bags with draw-tapes. Essentially, film bag making machines are used to weld a web or a tubular plastic film, typically PE or PP, into bags.
The construction of these machines may vary significantly based on the type of bags they need to produce, the type of handle they can apply, and the way in which these bags are delivered. They may have bottom weld or side weld configurations with different types of handles. The varieties and types of plastic bags are influenced by the materials used to manufacture them, as well as their shape, size, color, types of closures, and style. Polyethylene plastic bags vary in density, ranging from high, low, medium, to linear, while polypropylene bags are crystal clear, possess exceptional tensile strength, and are heat and chemical resistant.
