Power Bubble, a powerful and versatile pluriball machinery, can produce various types of bubble film depending on the formulation of the LDPE pellets used: air bubble film packaging, reflective bubble foil insulation, bubble solar pool cover. In fact, starting from LDPE pellets blended with HDPE, PP, hexene - octene LLDPE and mLLDPE, this universal single-screw extruder produces high-performance, low thickness materials.

Torninova, in-line mono extruder for pluriball production
In the Power Bubble system, the forming cylinder is mounted on mobile structure (motorized and controlled by PLC) in both the directions for the regulation of the materials deliver for the flat dies and for its fast interchangeability; this is thermoregulated by a water thermoregulation unit in order to maintain more constant its temperature.
A single operator can fully control the entire Power Bubble manufacturing process with the system's fully integrated touch screen controls. Using it's on board network connection, the plant's operation can be remotely monitored via internet.
