The rotogravure machine model Rotopack 1320 3000-3R is a highly flexible platform of gravure printing solutions. In particular, this second-hand 8 colors Rotogravure machinery allow high and stable print quality with a range up to 300 m/min and a film width till of 1.320 mm.
The rotogravure process is used in the manufacturing of food and non-food packaging, as well as labels, wall coverings, transfer printing, and has a variety of further applications in the security printing, industrial, and tobacco segments of industry.

Rotogravure Printing Machine
Rotogravure Printing Machine is a type of intaglio printing process which involves engraving the image onto a cylinder.
In Gravure Printing (direct), the ink is applied directly to the cylinder and it is transferred to the substrate. One printing unit consists of:
an engraved cylinder whose circumference can differ according to the product being made
an ink fountain
a doctor blade assembly
an impression roller
a dryer
In Gravure Printing (indirect), the engraved cylinder transfers ink in the desired areas to a transfer roller, and the transfer roller transfers it to the substrate.
Rotogravure allow high and stable print quality and are used to print on plastic films, paper and aluminium foil.
