Twin Shaft Shredder ITR 1.500
ITR
HYDRAULIC SHREDDER RUBBER RECYCLING
This ITR 1.500 twin shaft hydraulic shredder for rubber has been dimensioned for the volumetric reduction and the roughing of the material for the next recycling/increase in value processes.
The material is reduced with the crossing of blades properly designed for the different applications. The dimension of the outlet material is variable according to the blades’ dimension used and to the type of material to treat.

Shredders
A Plastic Shredder is a machine used to cut plastic into smaller pieces for granulation. Unlike plastic granulators, shredders are designed specifically for larger plastic waste, like car bumpers, pipes, drums, and other items too big for granulators.
In the process, large plastic items are fed into the shredder. Moving at a slower speed than a granulator, blades break the plastic down into smaller chunks. These pieces are then collected and washed and treated in washing and Recycling plants before being granulated and sent to manufacturers.
Plastic shredders play a key role in plastic recycling plants and production facilities offering several benefits in addition to processing plastics that are used as raw materials for other products. Industrial plastic shredders not only help with size reduction but also with recouping waste plastic. Plastic shredders are designed for shredding a wide variety of plastics and so, they vary from low speed to moderate speed with high torque and come in varying specifications and blade sizes. Available in different makes and models typically range from single-shaft machines to an advanced four-shaft mechanism that includes grinders, granulators, hammers, and cutters along with sorting and shaking functionality.
